Description: Rev Rudolph johannes Barnard joined the NG Mission Church in 1929 in Wellington. From 1934 he worked in the (then) Northern Rhodesia (Zambia) Mission, and then he served in Kimberley (1943), then Theunissen (1945), and Griekwastad (1946). Thereafter he served in Worcester in the NG KErk in Afrika (1951). During his service there, a church building was erected. He died on 24 March 1973.
